This assignment was about writing a play using a chosen clinique you want to use. A clinique is basicially an idom, meaning it has double meanings, a literally and figuratively one. So I chose the clinique, "Skeleton In The Closet" and I have to write a play using the LITERAL meaning of "Skeleton In The Closest", but I decided to also use Figurative language.
I chose this assignment because I really like using cliniques and I feel like I can use the literal and figurative languages of cliniques both in one play. So I did that in my play and my Reading&Drama teacher said my dialogues were very realistic and good. Hearing from this, I think I did a great job.
From this assignment, I learned what cliniques mean and how to use it literally and figuratively in a play. Another thing I learned from this assignment is that good plays should contain dialogues that are realistic and have a memorable ending for the audience.
